Top 5 Beauty Products I Can’t Live Without

Cleanser – For my skin type (which is very dry), I like a cleanser that removes dirt and makeup, BUT doesn’t strip my skin and leave it dried out. For years, I’ve been using Philosophy’s Purity Made Simple Cleanser every morning and evening before I moisturize. It leaves my skin clean and refreshed, but also soft and not completely stripped of moisture.
Moisturizer – This is on the list because my skin is always dehydrated. Even more so in the winter. Ughhh. In the morning after cleansing, I use this moisturizer by Belif, the True Cream Aqua Bomb. It’s a gel consistency and helps prep my skin for foundation.

The moisturizer I use at night is thicker and really absorbs into my skin while I sleep. It also smells delicious, like orange cream! It’s by Origins. I’ve tried many of their products and love most of them.

3. Foundation – My fav right now is Too Faced Born This Way Foundation (I’m in the color Porcelain). I would recommend this foundation for dry skin. While blending it in with a brush, it feels hydrating on the skin. I wouldn’t say the coverage is full, but it’s buildable to medium. It doesn’t feel heavy or cakey, which is important to me.

4. CC Cream – I love IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream. It’s awesome. I wear this a lot in the summer because it has SPF 50. I also use it on light makeup days and it really does work to perfect my complexion, cover up spots, and leaves me with hydrated skin.

5. Mascara – Even on “no-makeup” days, I throw on some mascara before I run out the door. It makes me feel a little glam (even if I’m wearing sweats 😊). I’ve always had issues with mascara smudging during the day. That’s why I love this one. It’s Clinique Lash Doubling Mascara in black. If you’re looking for dramatic lashes, this isn’t for you. It does separate and elongate lashes and never leaves me with clumps. I love it so much!
